Yes. Some of the website features offered by Monkey Business that are not already included in the plan you’ve chosen may be purchased separately as a monthly add-on.

No. Although we provide high-performance cloud hosting, we do not offer email hosting services. For professional email (like name@yourbusiness.com), we strongly recommend using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which provide superior security and features.

That is contingent upon your specific needs. For your convenience we offer three WaaS plans for you to choose from.

2. Business Plan: Standard five (5) page website
3. Premium Plan: 6-20 page website

Additional pages may by purchased by upgrading your plan. For Premium Plans additional pages are available at our prevailing rate.

Timelines vary by plan and client responsiveness, generally ranging from:

• Legal & Compliance: We dedicate time to properly setting up your legal policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, EULA) and rigorously testing the website to meet ADA and WCAG accessibility standards.

You retain 100% ownership of the specific materials you provide to us, such as your written text, images, and logos.

However, please note that the website design files, source code, layout, custom designs, and software licenses remain the property of Monkey Business. These elements are part of the “Service” you are subscribing to and are not transferred to you.

Absolutely! If it needs designing, we’re on it. We handle everything from logos and brand identity to print collateral, marketing materials, and custom decals.

Monkey Business offers an affordable all-inclusive Website-As-A-Service (WaaS) solution for your business needs. Therefore, all content (graphic design, artwork, images, audio, video, licensing, etc.) provided by Monkey Business for creating and using on the website remains the property of Monkey Business and its third-party licensors.

Designs commissioned separately, outside of our WaaS subscription plan, are fully licensed to you and/or your business to use freely at your discretion.

If you require a specific WordPress plugin outside of our standard WaaS ecosystem, we are happy to add it for you. We will simply invoice you for the cost of the plugin license and handle the integration at our standard hourly rate.

To maintain the integrity of your website while adhering to government regulations, compliance policies (GDPR and ADA), and industry standards, Monkey Business services all of your support requests via our Client Support Portal.

Every WaaS plan includes 1 hour of monthly time for standard content updates. If you just need to swap out some text, change an image, or add/remove a file, you can use our interactive website editor via a special link in your Client Portal, which takes you directly to your live site. If you have a larger project, such as adding new classes to a schedule, posting a blog, or designing a brand-new page, you will submit a Work Request in your Client Portal so we can scope it properly.

As a trusted website service provider, Monkey Business primarily offers a comprehensive all-inclusive Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) solution. However, we understand that some clients may only need edits or updates to their existing websites. We approach each case individually to understand your needs fully, and we may be able to accommodate your request.

In short, no. We operate exclusively as a Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) provider, which means our bespoke websites are not available for outright purchase. Instead of charging you a massive upfront fee to buy the site, we roll the cost of the custom design, premium hosting, 24/7 security, and ongoing management into one predictable monthly subscription. Because this is a fully managed service, we do not sell the website files, offer site exports, or transfer backend access. You will, however, always retain full ownership of the original Client Provisions you provided to us.

Do I have to pay monthly?
While our WaaS plans are designed as a monthly subscription, we are happy to offer flexibility. Upon request, we can arrange quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment schedules to best fit your business needs.

Our all-inclusive WaaS plans require an initial 12-month commitment (starting with a 3-month pre-payment). This model allows us to build your premium, bespoke website with zero massive upfront agency fees! Your monthly subscription pays for the high-end website build itself, plus your premium cloud hosting, 24/7 security, ADA & Privacy compliance, and ongoing monthly content updates.

After the first 12 months, your plan seamlessly transitions to a month-to-month subscription. Because WaaS is an ongoing, managed subscription service rather than a one-time product purchase, canceling your plan means your website will be unpublished and taken offline. We do not provide site exports, migrations, or backend access. However, you will always retain full ownership of your original “Client Provisions” (the raw text, logos, and image files) that you provided to us for the build.
